Welcome to the new Agility Insight App!
We've been quietly cooking our latest iteration of Insight in the kitchen for the last year+, and we're very happy to finally be presenting it to you.
What's Changed?
A lot, actually!
Our initial launch of Insight had mixed feedback, as we didn't get to fully deliver our vision for what we hoped our new reporting solution would look and function like, since then, we've went away and taken all the feedback on board to create something we feel delivers on everything we wanted, and more.
For those that prefer a TLDR version of things, see below
- Dashboard Interactive KPIs - See how your Business is performing throughout the day
- Better security on Reports - Driven with a similar system of security you're used to in Pro
- Interactive Queries - We found a new home for our Interactive Queries, mainly for consistency
- Better Searching - Something that was desperately needed in the original Insight
- More Reliable Favourites - Favourites disappearing was driving us crazy!
- Subscriptions - Recieve important reports to better monitor your business automatically
All of this, with an entirely new section of Security to Agility Pro as well, so you can better manage your business.
Brief Tour

Dashboard
If you have the KPI security settings enabled, you'll be presented with our Suite of nicely built KPIs (that we're actively adding to). We currently have the AIM and Sales section up to scratch, and are working on Purchases and Stock sections too.
Not to mention, they're interactive! Hover your mouse over it, we promise you'll be as suprised as we were
Reports
Similar to before, and depending on your security access, you have access to all of our previously provided reports. The benefit of this is that we have much tighter security, revolving around the User Pincode / EPOS ID
Customisable Subscriptions
Want to recieve a sales report every Monday and Friday at 6am, but can't because that's your usual Coffee break? No problem! Let Agility Insight generate and email the report to you automatically!
Interactive Queries
We admit, this is not a revolutionary feature, but very nice to have it tidied away in somewhere it belongs, as our Interactive Queries are just mini reports. But now with better security around them!
Favourites
The previous version of the Favourites system really didn't perform how we wanted it to, so we created our own system, again, all driven by Agility Security and User Profiles!
