Introduction
If your Agility system has an ecommerce integration, it will be sending/receiving data from the website. Each type of information (prices, stock levels, customers...) required for the website is sent in a separate feed. There are several feeds between Agility and the website, depending on the type of website. See the communication feeds below.
Each feed runs on a schedule, depending on how important it is, and how much of an impact it has on Agility and the website. The schedule for each feed can be changed within reason, depending on business requirements.
Standard Feeds
These feeds can be activated regardless of the website platform and type.
Prices
Every night @ 4am
Sale and standard promotional (ie. 20% off) prices are uploaded to the website. If B2B, the net price is uploaded for a product's default sale case. If B2C, the gross price is uploaded for a products default sale case.
Inventory
Every Night @ 4am
The product available stock level is uploaded to the website.
Web Sales
Each day 5 am - 6 pm, every 15 mins
Web orders are downloaded from the website into Agility. They fall into the delivery system, where they can be dispatched as with any other order.
Non-Standard Feeds
These feeds depend on the website platform (Shopify, JustSell...etc) and type (B2B or B2C).
Products
Every night @ 10pm
The automatic creation of products.
Images
Every night @ 10pm
The synchronisation of images from Agility to the website.
Profiles (B2B)
Every day @ 4:30am
The upload of customer type and profile pricing.
Customers (B2B)
Every day @ 5am
The upload of customer accounts.
