Ecommerce - Download Web orders into the delivery system

Ecommerce - Download Web orders into the delivery system

If you find that the ecommerce orders are not appearing in the delivery system as they normally would, please follow these steps:

Press the [Refresh] button on the delivery system. The prompts Agility to check for pending web orders that are still in the queue.

If the ecomm orders are still not appearing, check the Agility user has permissions. To check and  give a user permission to download ecomm orders, navigate to:
Tools > Tools Menu > Security > User Details

Ensure the Delivery system controller option is set to Full Control.

Ensure the Download New Ecommerce Transactions tickbox is checked.

Then press Save.

Check that the user group has the correct permissions. The Supress Default Delivery Till setting should be False for the user group. This setting allows the web orders to fall into the specific till assigned for the website.
Tools > Tools Menu > Security > Group Access Rights

If you hit [Refresh] on the delivery system and are now met with this message, the system could be missing the web ordering bank account.

To check the web ordering bank account, navigate to:
Tools > Tools Menu > Companies > System Parameters > Additional System Parameters > Tab(General)

Ensure that a bank account is selected. This is the account that web orders will hit.

If you have followed the steps above and the orders are still not appearing, send an email to helpdesk@agility-software.com with the specific issue you're encountering.
