APPS - Interim Stock Take
INTRODUCTION
Interim Stock take can be done using the Interim Stock take app. The reconciling of the take is done in Agility Pro. An article link will be listed below.
Creating an Interim Take
The Interim Stock Take App can be accessed via an Android phone or scanner, start by opening the Agility Assistant app:
Tap the icon and the following Screen opens:
Select INVENTORY:
Select the company the stock take is for. If there are multiple companies, a drop down will be available:
The user enters their EPOS ID, the same as what would be used for the till in Agility Pro.
Select the type of Stock Take that is being used; in this case Interim Stock Take
The user now creates a description for the take. The description is mandatory. Make the description an understandable one, as it will be associated to the stock take i.e. Paint Brushes - AB
Scanning Products
Once the description has been entered and confirmed, the take screen opens.
This is where the user can scan or type a code:
Once an item is scanned - the user can now input a quantity then cancel, clear or confirm.
Once the take has been completed tap the right arrow in the top right corner:
The screen then shows the list of codes in the take:
To complete the Interim take, tap the green tick:
The user will get a confirmation message the Take Successful and the Take ID
In the above example the Take ID is 15 and can be used in the next step of reconciling the take in Agility Pro.
When the user presses Confirm they are returned to the screen to start another Interim Take.
