1. First click on the Inventory app.
2. Select the company. After selecting the company, enter the User ID and click ‘Login’.
3. Select the depot and click ‘Next’.
4. Scan or enter the location for the stock take if you have locations to scan in your store. Otherwise fill in the description field for the take and click ‘Next’.
5. Scan the product barcode or enter the stock code for the product.
6. Once the product has been found, click ‘Next’.
7. Click the field below quantity counted and enter the quantity counted for the product. Then click ‘Next’. You can enter a negative quantity if needed to correct a count.
8. You will then be taken back to the original screen in which you can either scan/enter a new product, or you can click ‘Complete’ to complete the take for the section you are counting for.
9. Confirm if you want to complete the stock take.
Connection Error
If you are getting any of the errors shown below, it means the device has lost its Wi-Fi or mobile data connection and will need to be closed. Tap the button with the 3 vertical lines on the bottom of the screen to see your open apps. If this button is not there, it means the device has been set up to use full screen gestures, which means you will need to swipe upwards from the bottom left or bottom right of the screen (the side you swipe up from depends on the order of the navigation buttons on the device) to see open apps.
Close the Agility Assistant app by swiping up on it and then reopen it. This will re establish connection with the server, resolving the issue.
