Nominal - Cash Account Transfer
INTRODUCTION
There may be times when it is required to move money between bank accounts whether this is moving from the till account to the actual bank after a lodgement has been made or transferring fund from one bank to another. This can be done by the Cash Account Transfer.
SECURITY
To enable or disable for groups go to Tools\Tools Menu\Security\Group Access Rights from Select Menu choose Nominal and then Cash Account Transfer
TRANSFER
Go to Nominal>Cash Book>Cash Account Transfer
This is basically moving money between till accounts and bank accounts.
After a cash up has taken place, the money counted will normally go into a safe and then take from the safe and banked. This is something which is done physically and then needs to be done through Agility so banks’ balance.
Select source – where you are transferring from
Select destination – where you are moving money to
Enter the amount to be moved
In the note field you can add what it is referring to:
Cash Lodgment at bank etc.
