Why does the system not allow write-off values when cashing up?

Need to assign how much a group can write off or allow them to write off all

Go to Tools>Tools Menu>Security>Create Group

From Edit Group select the user group you wish to edit. 

On the right hand side you will see several fields with entry boxes. You can control the maximum values available to users in the particular group from here. 

You can set the Maximum Till cashup write off from here. To allow any value enter the value as -1. 

[10] Max Till Cashup Write Off...           //Can only write off €10

[-1] Max Till Cashup Write Off...            //Can only write off any value

Of course, once you have changed the values, Agility users will need to log off and log on again.

Values Over

If the user tries to enter a value over the write-off limit set by their user group, then they will be prompted for authentication. The epos_id of a user with a write-off limit greater or equal to the write-off amount must be entered to allow a write off.
