Ecommerce- Configure Product For Ecommerce

Introduction

Agility Professional supports ecommerce integrations with different websites/ecommerce platforms. Stock codes can be individually set to sync with websites.
Regardless of the ecomm platform, stock codes must be configured as follows:
  1. Website Selection
  2. Website Description
  3. Sale Price
  4. Barcode
  5. Stock Tracked
  6. Stock Code Status - Active
  7. Ecommerce Case type
 To configure a stock code, navigate to: Stock > Ledger Maintenance > Stock Item Maintenance > Stock Items

Website Selection and Description

Assign a website to the stock code. 

Press the Ecommerce Integration button.
Make sure the product has a web description.
Then press save.


Sale Price

Tab(Pricing)
Add a band 1 sale price for the product. 


Barcode

Please note, the barcode is

Tab(Analysis(2))
Press Set up/Show barcodes to open the window.
Add a barcode for the sale price.
Ensure that the barcode case type is the same as the sale price case type.


Stock Tracked

The stock code should be stock tracked. Service items may not be supported depending on the ecommerce integration.

Stock Status

The stock code must be active. Suspended and/or closed items may not be supported depending on the ecommerce integration.


Saving The Product

Once you have made changes, be sure to save the product.  



Ecommerce Case type

Assign an ecommerce case type. This is the case that goes to the website.
It must match a case type that the product is selling in. If you have more than 1 website, a different case type can be assigned to each one. 


Syncing with the Website

To manually flag the stock code to synchronise with the website
  1.  Open the stock code to the E-Commerce Tab
  2. Press Refresh Web
  3. Save the stock code
