Yard Collection App
Welcome to the new Agility Assistant Yard Collection App. The Yard Collection app enables users to check and pick products that have been sold as part of a yard collection. Users are able to view information about the collection and individually view each product that is part of a collection and mark them off as they are being collected. The app also allows partial collections for when customers cannot collect all products on an invoice at the same time and may have to return another day.
Guide
After Signing into the App with your EPOS ID, you'll be presented with the following screen, you'll need to enter the invoice number and press 'Find Collection'
After that, you'll see a screen like below. This is the orders information loaded for you, please note the item list below will allow you to scroll if you have enough items. To begin collecting items, click an item and declare the quantity the person has collected.
If the amount you enter doesn't match, the program will alert you to ammend this. Pressing confirm will add that, and the program will restrict you from doing that again. It will display a notification to notify you the item has been collected.
If you wish to undo your changes, PRESS and HOLD on the item and the following notification will appear.
Pressing confirm will unbook the item, allowing you to book a new amount.
If you are doing a partial collection, simply exit the app and restart (This will change in the future). However if they are collecting in full and all items have been marked off, pressing the tick will mark the order off as collected, notify you and bring you back to the start screen, ready to collect another order.
