Delivery - Order Held for Instruction
If the below message appears when trying to Load a delivery:
There are two ways to clear this hold:
In the delivery screen, click on the Change Address button:
And then click Release from Hold:
Or, double click on the note relating to the hold, and then click Release from Hold:
You will now be able to load and dispatch the delivery.
