Emailing - Setting up Documents to be emailed

INTRODUCTION

There are many documents that can be emailed from Agility Professional

SECURITY

This is controlled by Tools\Tools Menu\Security\Group Access Rights\
On the select menu choose File and then enable or disable Email Print Mesages

CONFIGURE

To configure these documents, go to File\Printing\Email Print Set Up


Select the drop-down menu called Document Type and select the document that is going to be emailed.
Then type a Subject, Email message which will appear when the document is emailed.
From the drop-down menu Template select the template to be emailed and then select save when finished.
