Select F8 - Voucher

Enter the external voucher number in “Voucher No”




Hit ENTER on your keyboard



Answer the question YES



Enter the promotion number on the voucher



Enter the value



Press Save



OUTSTANDING balance now needs to be taken


If they wanted to pay some by cash and the remainder by credit card always leave the credit card until the LAST payment type




Select F9 on the keyboard to clear the value to 0 and enter the amount being paid by cash




Enter the value


Select OK




Select Card if integrated the following screens will appear




Sale Complete.


Select Credit Card Type and then OK


Sale complete
