Exporting to Excel from Crystal
INTRODUCTION
The reports that are generated from Agility can be exported to excel by doing the following steps.
When the report is open look to the far left where the following screen is seen and next to printer on the select this.
The following screen will open.
Under format select the drop down
And choose Microsoft Excel 97-2000 – Data only
This will then ignore the formatting of the report
Select OK here
Now choose where the file is to be saved
