Welcome to your new Agility Assistant Goods In app. In this article, I'll be giving you a quick tutorial on how to use it and any little features that may not be readily apparent.

Once you've logged in with your ID, you'll be greeted with the start screen, this is where we will search for a stock code.
While typing, a list of suggestions will appear. Once it's found the exact one you're looking for, say you scan it with a barcode scanner, it will automatically open it and present this screen. These are the orders this item appears on, click on one of them to declare you're working with that order.
After that, you'll need to declare a delivery note. Make this relevant to the context, however as this is a test. I'll go with a classic.
Once that's done, you'll be prompted with the final screen. This is where you declare the quantity received. The previous screens won't show up, and from now on you'll mainly be seeing this screen.
If in the event the program detects an entered quantity that doesn't agree with what Pro was expecting, it will alert you. If you have the correct credentials and permissions you can bypass this. After the amount is accepted by the app, this notification will appear.

After that, we can continue to book and receive more items. If in the event the item doesn't exist on the PO, and you have the permissions to do so on Pro. You'll be prompted to confirm if you wish to add this item.
It would be worth noting, if you do not have these permissions, and to keep system performance in mind, we have disabled searching for items outside of that PO when receiving goods in.
Once we're done and happy all the items has been received, we want to hit the arrow in the top right to confirm all is booked in. Here we'll see a view of all the items we've booked in.
Clicking on the item will allow us to ammend the quantity or remove the item. In addition, long click, or holding down on the item will allow us to see relevant information to the stock item.
Pressing the green tick in the top right corner will prompt us to confirm we want to book these items in, if it's successful. We will be presented with this notification, dismissing it will allow us to continue booking more po's in.
Key Notes
- We Limit the items you can search depending on your ability to add external stock items to a PO on goods in, this is for performance and security
- We will suggest items to you while you are typing, so if you do not have a scanner to hand we will help you find the item you're looking for
- When we find a single item that matches, we will bring that forward for you automatically ( Still In Testing )
