Welcome to the new Interim Stocktake App for Agility Assistant. In this article we'd like to briefly give a tutorial on usage and some cool features that we believe will help you take better control of your stock.

If you are interested in purchasing this application, please note that you will get both the Interim, and Year End Stocktake apps bundled together.

To begin the tutorial, press the button that says "Inventory" on your Agility Assistant home screen. This will open the login screen for all stocktaking apps. Login as usual and then hit the button on the left, "Interim Stock Take".

If you have multiple depots marked as Main, you will be prompted to select a depot. However if you only have one, you will not be prompted for this.


After that, we will be asked to enter a description for the take. We suggest something meaningful, maybe the person conducting the take and how they are doing it, however this is completely up to yourself!


Pressing confirm will then allow us to begin scanning products, the app works from both barcodes and stockcodes, showing matches on Stockcodes first, but filtering while you type more. If one match is found, the app will automatically pick that for you and prompt you to enter the quantity



Pressing on a stock item, or after the app automatically selects one for you, will prompt you to enter a quantity. We've done extra work on this to make this as easy as possible, so you can very easily just type on the keyboard presented and press "Done".


After that, the item will be added to the take and the search screen will be cleared. You can continue to add products until you're finished. Once you're finished, press the right arrow at the top right to continue to the finalise and confirm screen, this will present a list of all the items that you've scanned on the take, and allow you to change any quantities in-case you're  entered the incorrect amount

If everything looks good, press the green tick in the top right to confirm the stock take as complete! A small popup will appear to show you that it has been successful and will provide the take number for you to search up in Agility Pro to finalise


After pressing confirm, you will be brought back to the main screen to do another take if required. If not, you can exit the application.

Extra Features

You may have noticed a settings wheel next to the right arrow icon, this allows you to do a few things.


Please note : If you only have one Main depot, you will not see the "Change Depot" button, as this will be obscured.

Changing the take description will bring up a prompt to change the description in case you made a spelling mistake, or if you think you need to change it, and restarting the take will completely erase your progress, allowing you to start over again.

If the app detects a duplicate item has been inserted (something you have already counted but scanned in a different area) the app will automatically notify you and amend the quantity, while still giving you the option to enter your own amount.
