Sales - EPOS - Copy Invoice

INTRODUCTION
There may times when rather than using quotations that copying an invoice for a customer that normally purchases the same things will work for you.

SECURITY
In order for this to happen the settings needs to be enabled to allow the group to "Copy Invoice"
Navigate to Tools - Tools Menu - Security - Group Access Rights
Select the group and then Sales and set to true Copy Invoice

HOW to COPY AN INVOICE
Open the Point of Sale Screen and enter the EPOSID - validating user has permissions to copy invoice
Either navigate to Queries - Customer EPOS Sales or CTRL + C

This will open the browse sales screen


Select a date range and the customer account.


Select the Invoice and now press the Copy Invoice button


The items are then returned the sale grid where discounts and quantity can be changed.
