Sales - Cash Trade Accounts


TRADE ACCOUNTS – CASH

There is also an option to take CASH for trade account and the following needs to be done:

Go to Tools\Tools Menu\Companies\System Parameters\EPOS System Parameters\


Tick this parameter




Select No Cash at Trade Till


On the customer account set to 0 for terms and days


Credit Rules

The credit rules may need to change but only for the specific accounts.
Open the customer account and select the Credit Control Rules button

This screen opens


In Credit Exceeded Action 1 Enter Cash Only For This Account
Save changes button

With the parameter EPOS – No Cash at Trade Till the payment options are these:

Select the F4 button












Select OK


The following screen appears







Select Yes and additional payment options appear


Now take a payment other than Account/F4
