Unexpected error; quitting

After Agility Pro has been updated, this message may appear when opening Agility Pro on a PC that isn't logged in as an Administrator.



Click Ok to the above error message.
And then right mouse click on the Agility Pro icon and click on Run as Administrator:


The Windows User Account Control pop up will now appear, an Administrator password needs to be inputted into the username and password field. Your IT team or hardware provider will know what this username and password are if you don't.


Agility will now open, when the login screen appears click Cancel:


Then click OK to the Failed to connect to system message:


Now re-open Agility normally, and you will be able to login without error.

The above only has to be done once after Agility Pro has been updated.
