Sales - Customer Records - Options
INTRODUCTION
One of the features of the customer record - Options is that you can crate in advance sites for your customer.
This is where your custoemr know that they are going to be working in various locations over a period of time and can give you a list of names and addresses and these can be inputted.
Then when doing a sale the staff member can select this from the list thus aiding your customer with who the invoice was generated for.
Creating a Site
To create a site navigate to customer details - options
Select Customer Sites from the list
Enter the details accordingly and then press Add New.
This is now visible in the tills when selling to your customer.
Exit - closes the screen
Suspend - does it as it says and this will then not be seen at the till.
