INTRODUCTION
When using sales orders these can be viewed through the Browse Orders Screen.
The screen is very similar to other browse screens in Agility.
User can search by stock codes, description, account and more.
Browse Orders
To access this screen go to Sales - Browse Orders Screen
Sections
The screen will be broken down in three sections:
1. Search
2. Details
3. Buttons and information
Search
Here the user has the standard search facility
So No - Self explanatory
Depot - Select a different depot but defaults to main
Customer/Name - Enter the customer account or search by name
Date Range - Orders placed after and before
Value - Greater or Less than
Include closed Orders - By default will not be seen in the search results unless selected
Search by Stock - Self explanatory
Details
This is the result of the search criteria.
When an order is selected in the details section the information is shown here.
Force Close
This force Closes the Sales Order
Export Grid
Exports data in the details section to excel or CSV file
Breakdown
This is for matrix codes and timber
Select F2
This button does nothing which is why it is greyed out.
Copy SO
This copies the sales order that is selected and opens the Sales Order Screen.
Open SO
This opens the Sales Order selected as long as it is not closed.
Layout
As with ALL screens in agility change the columns and then press this button
Details
This shows the details of the order selected in the details section
Takes the user to the screen when printing a Pick/Load List
When a row is selected this section has information in it also
Double Click to open the Sales Order
Search F1
Once search criteria selected press this button to return the results
Exit
