Security - Users and Groups

INTRODUCTION

In Agility security is driven on an user and group level.
Currently in Agility there are two types of users:
1. Back Office Users - Currently need to be created by Agility
2. Till Users/Staff Member - Can be created by the company

Groups in Agility are where users are added and functions in Agility are enabled or disabled.
These settings are set in Group Access Rights but the actual groups need to be created.
By default there is a group called DBA and this is ONLY for Agility all other users MUST be assigned to a different group.
Functions in Agility are APPS, File, Nominal, Purchases, Reports, Sales, Stock and Tools
