INTRODUCTION
Once a stock code has been created this can then be maintained by going to Stock\Ledger Maintenance\Stock Item Maintenance\Stock Items or by selecting the shortcut on the menu.
Stock Analysis is used for assigning specific analysis codes, adding documents or a note to a product.
DOCUMENTS
The document button enables the software to assign a document to the code and will be printed at the time of sale.
These documents are best as a PDF and could be COSH information or a certificate.
If a new document is added to a stock code, Agility must be restarted before it picks up the new document to be attached.
Select the Document button
Add a description
Select the type of document; PDF, Word or Excel
If PDF is used, an additional piece of software is required on all PCs using this feature
Select the file path, where the file is kept.
This must be a shared location accessible via all PCs with Agility installed on them. The best place would be a folder in the templates directory.
Select Auto Print on Invoice/Quotation
Once done select ADD:
Once added, you can double click the line to choose whether or not it will auto print:
When selling the item, if it is a cash sale on the Account Customer is set to not receive emailed invoices, this prompt will appear:
And the PDF document will print with the Invoice.
If the customer recieves their invoices via email, the PDF document will be emailed.
NOTES
As well as documents Notes can be added to a code also.
To do this select the NOTES button
In the blank field type the note to be added to the code which will be shown on the invoice if the "Print on Invoice " has been ticked.
Once finished select the button ADD NEW and then SAVE and the note is now added.
